2019 Belize Food Festival ~ Taste of Belize

Belizean cuisines use a wide range of local ingredients from the land and the sea. With creativity and ingenuity, and combining the spices and techniques of Mayan ancestors, the Belizean has created new cuisines that blend the Mayan traditional culture and modern flavor. Every one is welcomed to visit the Belize Food Festival to taste the exclusive Caribbean cuisines from Belize. 

This year’s Belize Food Festival will be held at the “Cafe at Far Eastern” of Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Taipei from October 8 to 27. In addition to the rare Belize cuisines, Belizean music will be played in the restaurant decorated with local traditional art to create a Belizean atmosphere. Guests can taste the local Belizean cuisines in a Caribbean atmosphere!
